just before you go barbara
as well as touch, what about the space i-video is experienced in, ie, the
intimate space of lovers and bookreaders, not the public/social space of a
cinema, or the personal  space of a television.
we sit much closer to our screen, we can be immersed in the screen, whereas
in personal, public spaces you are aware of a whole lot more.
